My name is Maria. I am a student nurse at California State University: Stanislaus. CSU: Stanislaus is a four year university that is located in the central valley, in Turlock, California. The nursing program at CSU: Stanislaus is a three year, six semester long program. It is an entrance by merit baccalaureates in nursing program (BSN). In this blog I will provide details on the trials and tribulations that a student nurse goes through and what it takes to hopefully survive nursing school. At CSU: Stanislaus the clinical portion does not begin until the end of the first semester so; I am starting this blog near the end of my first semester in which we learned the basics of nursing and nursing skills.
